1. Minimum order value
We do not require a minimum order value. SERVICE is very important for us and we are pleased to receive all orders irrelevant of size.
2. Forwarding expenses Germany
Forwarding expenses start at EUR. 5,80. We deliver within Germany free of charge, if the consignment value exceeds 79,00 EUR. The delivery is normally affected via the Deutsche Post AG and arrives within 1-5 working days.
3. Forwarding expenses worldwide
The forwarding expenses are calculated during order handling for foreign consignments. You can either choose the Economy or Premium forwarding option.
4. Cash on delivery
The C.O.D. charge is 4.00 EUR for cash on delivery consignments. The postman charges a delivery fee of 2,00 EUR.
5. Customs regulations
The value of the articles contained in the consignment is specified according to the product type in the customs forms for all international packages. All customs and import requirements are ascertained, as soon as the package reaches your country. Further customs fees are at your expense; we have no influence on these fees and can also not predict the amount. The customs regulations vary considerably from country to country. We recommend that you contact the relevant customs office, if you require further appropriate information.
